How to connect

Connect your chat app to this address:

Sign in with your Antero Trail account when your app asks. The connect screen is in Settings in the web app. It shows the same address and lists the apps you have connected, so you can disconnect any of them.

• Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app). Open Settings, then Connectors, then "Add custom connector". Paste the address above and sign in to Antero Trail when asked.
• ChatGPT (Business workspace). An admin opens the Admin Console, then Plugins, then "+ Add" (top right) and enters the address above. It then shows under the workspace tab next to "Public". Each user signs in to Antero Trail on first use. Older OpenAI help pages describe a developer-mode toggle; that path no longer exists for Business workspaces.
• Gemini. Use any app that supports remote MCP connectors with the URL above.
• Claude Code. Create an access token in Settings, then run the command the web app shows: claude mcp add --transport http aiea https://est.anterotrail.com/mcp --header "Authorization: Bearer <token>"

What it never does

• It does not price lines. Items added through chat carry no price, so Xactimate prices them.
• It does not use Xactimate price list data.
• It does not adjust claims.

Read this before you use an estimate

AIEA helps suggest and organize line items for a construction scope. Its output depends on the information you provide, general construction methods, and published standards and building codes. Nothing AIEA produces states or implies that a scope is appropriate for the damage, that any item is covered by an insurance policy, or what any claim should pay. AIEA does not adjust claims, interpret policies, or act as a public adjuster, and using it does not replace any license your work requires.
