01 / THE PROBLEM

Why Xactimate can't open a PDF

The adjuster already built the estimate in Xactimate, then sent you a flat PDF. Xactimate can't import a PDF, so you rebuild it by hand. That burns hours, and every component or code item missed in the scramble is money left on the table.

06 / FAQ

PDF to ESX FAQ

Everything an estimator usually asks before the first upload.

Yes. We export a standard ESX with folders, line items, codes, prices, quantities, and F9 notes in place. Import it the same way you'd import any estimate file, no converters, no cleanup, no manual re-entry.
We hold above 97% line-item accuracy on our internal test corpus of clean PDFs, and you verify every conversion before downloading. The review screen shows each line item alongside the source so you can catch and fix anything before it reaches Xactimate.
Most estimates convert within five minutes. Upload, look over the review screen, and download, far faster than re-keying line items into Xactimate by hand.
Pack conversions never expire: once you've bought a pack, they stay in your account until you use them, with no clock and no monthly reset. Subscription conversions work differently: they're a monthly allotment that resets each month and don't roll over, so pick a plan size that matches your typical volume.
Personal identifiers are tokenized before any AI processing, so no PII is sent to third-party models. Your estimates are yours, used only to produce your ESX, never to train anything.
07 / WHY ANTERO TRAIL · 14,269 FT
Summit ridge of Mount Antero, Colorado: a rocky ridgeline leading to the 14,269-foot peak with late-season snowfields
FIELD PHOTO · SUMMIT RIDGE, MT. ANTERO · SAWATCH RANGE, CO

Why Antero Trail

Antero Trail is named for Mount Antero (14,269 feet in Colorado's Sawatch Range). The photo behind the headline is a real field shot from the trail, and this one is the summit ridge. The mountain's actual survey data, real elevation contours, rendered live, lives on the About page. Same standard for the product: measured, verified, no shortcuts.
