Operating weights for the generator_transformer_set crane scenario (PRP-CALC-2). Four band tables: residential air-cooled gaseous generators, commercial diesel gensets (radiator model, wet), three-phase pad-mount transformers, and single-phase pad-mount transformers. weight_high_lb is the heaviest documented unit at/under the band ceiling; the derivation layer adds a stated rigging allowance and does not interpolate within a band. Diesel gensets between two cited kW anchors are sized by an explicitly-labeled linear heuristic (see derivation spec), mirroring the telehandler-interpolation precedent in crane_roofing.py. A rating outside all bands returns no match and the scenario asks for a known weight.
